Good job with the videos. There are several of Victor playing the outfield that are quite good. He has D-1 skills in the outfield and he can hit. Here are a few recent snippets I filed on Victor.

“Made a quick trip over to a consolation game to see RHP Victor Quinn. Oregon State recruit was 92-95 with life through the zone.”

The Fairborn, OH-based, Ohio Warhawks is a quality program that plays with an edge. This strong squad out of southwest Ohio is loaded with gifted players that play with a noticeable toughness and collectively, at least at first glance, put team before self. The depth of talent on this roster is impressive.
Headlining the club on this day were three elite players. RHP, Victor Quinn (2021, O’Fallon, MO), an Oregon State commit, had scouts scrambling when he lit the radar gun up during his one inning tune-up. The 6-0, 200 pound power righty, pitched almost exclusively off his 95 mph fastball and his tight spinning 76 mph curveball. What had many people buzzing, however, were his last fastballs of the day that he obviously put a little extra on. His last pitch, a 97 mph heater, that got a swinging strike three, was an attention grabber, without question.
Perfect Game: “Quinn has a wide-shouldered, 6-foot-1, 205-pound frame, an easy delivery and was recently up to 95 mph at an event at Lake Point.”

"Great game vs. Canes National. Sam Myers up to 88 and Victor Quinn up to 93. Will Mueller with hit in 7th stranded at third to end the game.

With the help of our TrackMan units on site, we were able to accurately measure the day’s firmest fastballs. Again, we’ll be taking a more detailed dive into the collected TrackMan metrics later this week, but here’s a peek at the fastballs that are making headlines in the meantime.
Nine players at this year’s Super 60 reached a 95 mph high, or better.
One of the storied Super 60 records matched or broken on Sunday was the event’s max fastball velocity, a 97 mph high previously reached by Ryan Cusick (CT; Wake Forest) back in 2018, that Victor Quinn (Liberty-Wentzville, MO; Oregon State commit) matched with his 96.59 mph max, per TrackMan. Quinn is still attempting to fully harness his premium arm strength, but it’s evident how diligently he’s been working, having added considerable strength to his 6-foot-1, 200-pound physique since we saw him last summer.
