I was in the low countries several years ago. Much of their energy needs are provided by nuclear power, safely, cleanly and efficiently. No coal plants belching smoke, or methane being burned off by natural gas wells. The air was clean and beautiful. IMHO, much of the opposition to nuclear power in this country is misplaced, much like the opposition to vaccines we are seeing from some quarters. As always, other's mileage may vary.

If the technology was developed at OSU, I hope OSU is getting a cut of the money.

Their technology is great. The issue is still with disposing of the waste.
