Unfortunate the Iowa/Iowa St. games didn't happen. Hopefully they're able to reschedule those for a future season.

I saw UTSA play Seattle U last year, a tough team with decent talent. They won’t be an easy W.

Wednesday, November 25 Northwest University noon Thursday, November 26 Colorado State 11am Colorado state not coming . Two players have the virus.Per Colorado State site. Why not have the other team stay longer and Play Cal as a non conference game?

Could be. I think there will be a season but it will likely be very disjointed. 4 football players out with Covid/ quarantining is not the same as 4 basketball players. It’s looking pretty precarious for sure.

Will let all these newcomers understand what Pac-12 ball is all about. But it is a winnable game. Cal has two grad transfers, but from smaller schools — Penn and Stony Brook — but lost a couple of rotational guys. Don’t look like they’ll be an offensive juggernaut, so Beavs likely won’t have to come out humming right away. Following this up with the lesser school in game 2 might give us a glimpse at how coachable this team is — seeing if they clean up some things from game 1.

Thats what I’ve always admired about you. I'd gladly sacrifice this season if it kept the players alive and in good health for next season. It's called the long view.
