2021 RECRUITING CLASS - IN THE BOOKS BUT OPEN QUESTIONS REMAIN

Oregon State Baseball has announced an official 2021 signing class of 10 student-athletes.  The 10 members of the class are;

RHP Jacob Kmatz - Albuquerque, NM. - Sandia HS
RHP Dominic Hambley - Victoria, BC - Belmont Secondary School
RHP Victor Quinn - O'Fallon, MO - Wentzville-Liberty HS
LHP David Case - Los Angeles, CA. - Loyola HS
RHP DJ Carpenter - Coolidge, AZ. - Central Arizona CC

C Tanner Smith - Chandler, AZ - Basha HS

INF Jabin Trosky - Carmel, CA HS
INF Mason Guerra - Portland, OR - Westview HS
INF Travis Bazzana - New South Wales, AUS

OF Tyree Reed - Vallejo, CA, - American Canyon HS

In addition to official class, 6 players will join the team as invited walk ons They are;

RHP Cole Nelson - Lynwood, WA - Meadowdale HS
IF Diego Alvarado - Visalia, CA. - Redwoods HS
LHP/OF Van Larson -  CA - Marin Catholic HS
UTL Casey Swanson - Walla Walla, WA
INF  Reece McRae - Austin, TX - Westlake HS  

There are two open questions regarding this class.

First, the omission of OF/INF Malakhi Knight from Marysville, WA-Getchel HS who remains committed to the Beavers, and second, C Wilson Weber from Gresham, OR - Sam Barlow HS who is also firmly committed to OSU.  These two MIA's are surprising and were unexpected.  This should be cleared up within the next week or so

I had the Beavs with a minimum of 12 official signings and the possibility of 13
I had 5 or 4 as walk-ons, making the class total 17. McRae was a late pick-up that added one walk-on to the total. 

How many of those kids are going to be parked at LBCC?  And what changes to rosters sizes will there be in 21-22
