No personal responsibility. I would expect adults to act like adults, but the nanny state culture turns several individuals in their early 20s, who should be functioning adults, into babies.

C’mon, old buddy. You can’t blame the nanny state for every damn thing. College “kids” a hundred years ago would have acted just as recklessly. There’s a feeling of “invincibility” along with the “give-a-s%#t” attitude with folks their age, and it’s been around for decades and decades and decades.

I, on the other hand, don't expect (all) adults to act like adults. There's been a lot acting like children for quite some time now.
