In the unlikely event that any reader has any inside info on the 2021 baseball season....What up?
We've already made camping reservations sorta close to Surprise Stadium. That's a necessity because those spots in AZ during Feb - Mar became available for reservation in August.....and they fill up REAL FAST.
I'm looking forward to some snow-birding....but it's always better if combined with Beaver Baseball.

Where will you be staying? We have found it harder to find decent RV spots each year. Of course, this year it didn't matter because our 27' slide would not close so unhitched th CR-V and spent the rest of the trip in hotels.

We stay at White Tank Regional Park (Maricopa County), only 5 miles or so from the ballpark. The main White Tank campground (which has hookups and good showers) fills up pretty fast [Reservations can be made 6 months ahead]. We've been there the past 4 years. There is also a 'new' CG very close to the main CG called "Willow". It also allows reservations 6 months ahead. It doesn't have electricity, but does have nice new outhouses. Maricopa County Regional parks are pretty nice. The main White Tank CG runs $32/nite, Willow is $22/nite. Of course in 2021, proximity to the ballpark may be 'moot'.

FWIW, the season start date is a bouncing ball - many college coaches favor a March 1 date, with some favoring the earlier February start and some favoring a late March start.
Importantly, the NCAA seems occupied with getting the football and basketball start dates settled before tackling the baseball season. They have been studying the "New Baseball Model" proposal since early this year. That proposal moves the season opening back to March with the CWS being played in July.

Check the shear pin next to the motor on the shaft that drives the slide. Had an RV guide come out to fix it and he showed me how to do it. Two person job. Someone inside pushing the button until the holes line up and you on the cell phone giving forward/reverse directions. RV guy told me to ignore anyone who tells you to get harder pin/bolt. It is designed to shear to prevent much more serious damage. He be right. mrs sage and I had to do a couple years later. Half-hour job, 25 cent bolt.
