That would also include Simmons if it comes to pass. I'm sure that by this time tomorrow, however, the wheels will already be in motion to put that before a sympathetic federal judge who will (at least temporarily) quash it. As expected, Harvard and MIT have gone to court over this, and will apparently argue that, for the full experience, a student must be staring at a computer screen in the Boston area. Computer screens located in, say, London, are just totally different and simply not up to the job.

I am happy to report that my son, who shelled out somewhere north of $5000 for in-state tuition at Oregon State for Spring term, was refunded his building fee as a result of classes being completely virtual. The refund check was $45. :-). Go Beavers!
