I'm bumping these old threads lately. Solid schedule info...A quad in early 2021 vs North Dakota State, South Dakota State, Missouri. 3 tough dual meets in Fargo ND. Sans orange-black intrasquad, I think these will be first competition dates on the schedule. gobison.com/sports/wrestling/schedule |

Looking at that schedule and thinking other D1's will have similar, that is 10 dual meets, then a conf. championship, then NCAA's if you qualify. Don't know if NCAA will be a full bracket, 33 guys per bracket, some lower div's are reducing that amount.
What I'm getting at is there will be very little room for error. A very small sample size to see where you stack up. Have to win the close ones, no mental lapses. Can't 'ease' into the season, have to hit the ground running from the first whistle. We have had slow starts in the past, eg see Vegas tournament results. Hopefully the new coaches can ensure we are ready.

Jan 22 - OSU at Northern Colorado
Jan 31 - ASU at OSU
So recapping:
Jan 3 - vs N. Dakota State / vs S. Dakota State / vs Missouri
Jan 10 - vs Oklahoma State / vs Ark Little Rock / vs Chattanooga
Jan 22 - vs N. Colorado
Jan 31 - vs Arizona State
Feb 7 - vs Utah Valley / vs CSUB
Iowa State released their full schedule and don't show the Montana duals so perhaps that one is off for now?

Updated as Fresno and Oklahoma have both confirmed quad dual on 2/14, Cal Baptist has released their schedule (N. Colorado has also officially released their schedule, no OSU dual). Jan 3 - vs N. Looks about right, I went through my dates-opponents-locations too. 14 duals, then PAC's in Gill on Feb 27 or Mar 6. Coach P mentioned they may back the conf. tournament by 1 week to account for any needed lockdown.
Schedule related, anyone heard of news on Orange-Black intrasquad? It would have to happen M/Tu/Wed of this week or next to account for the holidays. Then would think the team is traveling next Friday for Fargo. It may not be happening?
