I would choose to go to a state or place with lower population and less risk of heavy population exposure to disease , violence or severe weather issues ( No large cities , no Coastal cities, no Tornados , hurricanes or extreme winters ! Pretty much , that says Corvallis ! There's truth to this. House next door to us just sold to/became occupied by a young couple from SoCal who bought it essentially to get away from the bad COVID scene. Oregon (and Benton County) has pretty favorable 'numbers' re-virus. |

More Californians ? Have you tested them yet ? JK We live in an area of 1 acre lots. Pretty easy to maintain 6ft.....or even SIXTY Feet. |
