Staff should be all over her! She’s an awesome player. Sat near her family at last years Pac-12 tournament. Wonderful people. She would be a welcome addition.

A lineup of Slocum, Goodman, Carrington, Corosdale, and Jones would be a really solid team. Goforth and Mitrovic off the bench.

Wouldn't be surprised if Carrington remains at Stanford. The question there is the number of available scholarships with Wilson also wanting to play another season if she gets a redshirt year.
By putting her name in the portal, Carrington is able to assess her options other than returning to Stanford. Would think that Tara would want her back, assuming she is healthy.

That could be the issue...her health. I have never heard have any of you. Is destiny coming back? If not point guard is our biggest issue.
Is there any evidence Rueck is even looking for a 4. So far it just looks like wings(bowling green)

Ok, I don't know anything more than conjecture, but DS should be 100% coming back. I think there is a change only 6-8 players who are drafted this year even make a roster. I don't think we should be worried about Destiny coming back. Our biggest hole is back-up 4. That's who we need because we have only 1 on the roster next year. (I fully expect Brown to red shirt)

Anna Wilson's waiver would likely have to be denied for Carrington to return to Stanford. I'm assuming Tara would give it to Wilson since she applied first (kudos to Tara for doing this because a lot of coaches wouldn't). Agree that both parties would like for DiJonai to remain at Stanford if possible.

For what it's worth, DiJonai brother Darren played football at tsdtr until he dismissed over a DUII and then he played one year at Utah.

Speculation on the Stanford The CardBoard is that Carrington may not have been accepted into a grad program at Stanford. That is a very competitive process. If she did not get in there, then it makes sense for her to seek an opportunity elsewhere that would provide a paid year of grad school for her while she played herself back into form.

Why would Wilson get a red shirt? She only played six games her freshman season, so they applied for a waiver. She played them in the middle of the year, which is why a waiver is required. UCLA’s Chantel Horvat recently received a waiver for her 18-19 season in which she played nine games in the middle of the season.

Still holding out hope for Tudor. While every hardship waiver situation is different, it is encouraging to read when the medical redshirt rules aren't strictly followed and another athlete is permitted to get a year back.
My guess is that there are significant legal resources backing the Wilson appeal. Would be surprised if she doesn't get it back. Carrington is the bigger impact player, but Tara may have committed to Wilson first as another poster suggested.

Carrington just followed Pivec on twitter (Pivec had previously followed her). Maybe Mik reached out!

As a Stanford student she is likely very serious about her Grad program....So it seems that the school she transfers to would have a specific Grad program she prefers....Knowing her field of Grad study would probably help in predicting her destination....Of course, that's a maybe.... Shifting gears: A transfer from Stanford to OSU would be a rarity, right??!! GO BEAVS !!
