Good luck finding a school with open scholarships in June and July. The transfer portal has made the movement much more possible. Women's BB has seen its share of transfer intent Tweets during the past 24 hours. Football season ended in November for most schools. If you're gonna transfer in football, chances are you're already at your new school. Most schools do fill all 85 in football, however, so space that late is much harder to come by. The WBB season just ended. This is their transfer time. WBB has 15 scholarships. Most schools do not fill all 15, so there is room. But someone transferring in in June or July is very rare. |
