Stanford looks AWFUL. You would never guess most of their roster are former McD AA's from the way they are playing. Oregon isn't real sharp but is cruising 25-10.

In the halftime interview Graves complained about the moving screen calls. Maybe he will be reprimanded by the PAC-12?

Stanford was down as much as 19 in the first half, but they just cut it to 5 early in the third quarter.

Oregon has been in control most of the game. Stanford has made a few runs. Lexie Hull having a great game, but too much Sabally and Ionescu. Sabrina made history, becoming the first player ever to record 2000 pts, 1000 reb. and 1000 assists. Also got another triple double, #26, and did it in both games of the Bay Area trip. I know some here really dislike her, but it's pretty amazing what she's done. Ducks up 11 w/ about 1 1/2 minutes left.

Oregon has been in control most of the game. Stanford has made a few runs. Lexie Hull having a great game, but too much Sabally and Ionescu. Sabrina made history, becoming the first player ever to record 2000 pts, 1000 reb. and 1000 assists. Also got another triple double, #26, and did it in both games of the Bay Area trip. I know some here really dislike her, but it's pretty amazing what she's done. Ducks up 11 w/ about 1 1/2 minutes left. It's not that I "dislike" her. It's that I don't see her as anything beyond simply being an outstanding player. I'm sure she's a perfectly nice person. |

I think for beavernation it's just a Pivec vs Sabrina (& the world) mentality. It's a goal to prove every way possible Pivec is the better of the two.
Sabrina needs to be painted as the villain, the terrible person, the horrible teammate, the attitude player and a diva, where as Pivec is the humble angel. Maybe it's a Tonya Harding vs Nancy Kerrigan situation the way it's looked at.

The video clips of her shameful behavior toward her teammate Gildon and her hissy fit tossing a bottle and storming off into the tunnel while her teammates were still trying to win the game occurred in public and speak for themselves. She hasn't had any similar embarrassments this season so perhaps she's grown up a little. If so, good for her. If you want to worship her, go ahead. |

I'm not stopping you. It's basically my point. For some odd reason she is seen as a great role model of representing well. In beavernation however, she is only known for being a bad person. Which is fair, it's a rivalry. |
