Ok... was busy, not optimistic, cheated and read here without watching the DVR. Will do the watching later. Seems like the comments are pretty consistent with past losses. The T's are a new feature. At least for Tres I'm disappointed. That's not the young man I've normally seen. As for Dad... actually surprised he's not gotten more! As someone already posted... he can't handle pressure or adversity in any positive manner. I'll bet I see no real difference in his antics tonight than his normal sideline demeanor. As for Tres... sorry, he has a bit of Dad in him, but he's never shown anything to be getting a T let alone two! But, when your dad's behavior is such, and he's been over bearing to the point you constantly are looking to him on the sideline... well, it's got to wear on the kid. Tres wanted to go out with a bang... not this. I feel bad for him. Hopefully his last few games in Beaver gear will be better. In any case, he'll have happier days on the court... away from Dad coaching him. Tres 1st T was not a legit call. He just bumped into a guy and got shoved away. The 2nd T was due to a high elbow on a drive. That was legit, but neither one were due to “antics” And that’s a big stretch for you assume he’s not “happy” playing for his Dad. Couldn’t be further from the truth.

Does anyone really think keeping WT around another is a good idea? Sure it will cost to buy him out but I say it will cost more in the long run to keep him. Cost us how? We’ve been to the tournament once in 30 years. It’s not like he’s running this program into the ground. 20 point losses to Arizona in the desert were happening before he got here, and they’ll happen to the next guy too. Again, we’ve had .500 or better seasons in 4 of the past 5 and are one win away this year from 5 in 6. Y’all can save your “if you’re fine with .500 seasons....” nonsense too. I’m not happy with this season at all, but it’s still better than where we were. If we make the NIT this season, that’s the first time in like 14 years! Tinkle is only failing relative to the expectations his program has created.

Comparing the past to justify the present, stating it basically can't get better because??

~You should probably watch the DVR before blindly commenting. Watch especially Tres' first called T. The 2nd one was a result of a high elbow, in frustration, after being held, and fouled, trying to initiate his dribble. Two fantom travel calls, one on Reichle, were atrocious. However, the game was over after thr Beavs committed 13 TOs in first half.

“If we make the nit this season....”
Who the f%#* cares about the nit? Really, the ni f%#*ing t?
Maybe a couple of years ago to build experience, but this is a veteran god damn team. Hoping to make the nit is a losing mentality, not mediocrity.

Hence, unlike the kid I've seen... especially retaliation out of frustration. But, thx for the unsolicited advice.

I can't stand mediocrity. Some of you are satisfied with "if we make the NIT...". I'd be happy with the NIT if this was WTs 2nd year. Its not. And other than GP2 taking us to the dance WT has little to show for his efforts. Coaching is obviously one issue but he can't recruit either.

Laughable. We are not talented and cannot play at anywhere near the level of PAC 12’s better Teams. Once in 30 is so sad. Legacy Slats, Ralph and that is it. Paul Did get us there once but after Ralph we have taken a Rip Van Winkle. We play in a dump and we play like it. No plan no vision and no possible way it will change. We argue over whether to fire Tinkle or how much it will cost. Not likely to improve. Done watching them this Year. By the way to say I am not a good Fan is Stupid. The School gladly takes my Money.

If you can read... I think "antics" was used describing Dad?! You said his Dad’s behavior rubbed off on him. That was not the case. Try again! Dad's behavior would wear on him. As in season, career... zero to do with these T's. This time go read.
