Nice first half. But when Janessa and Jasmine were both in the game we were stagnant. Maddie is stepping up to the challenge.

Shooting 56% (+15%) I was hoping to see more of a lead.
Good news scoring more spread out than Zona and OSU has multiple people that can continue to hurt Zona.
On the other side... Zona can recruit. Like their team athleticism, quicks, well coached. Seem to lack consistent outside threats.

Thropay has played several minutes. No Morris so far. Wish Thropay had some confidence in herself offensively. She had a couple good 12 ft looks in the lane after taking a couple dribbles to the right, but passed the ball back out. Need to shoot those! |

Taya is dressed down. She’s not officially warming up but she’s running around a little. Maybe she comes back? I almost hope not because it would ruin a year. But we could also really use her. A torn hamstring requiring surgery will surely require more time to heal than it's been. Redshirt her this year. hope she redshirts also - but it’s so encouraging that she should enter summer and fall fully healed and be ready to roll come Game 1 next season |

Refs must have had a meeting at halftime. Now, they are calling it tight. Both teams having trouble with it. Call it the same way all game dammit.

Q3 has been ugly as hell. All dribble, no ball player movement. Zona does a fantastic job of hedging and taking away the roll. Destiny needs to quit dominating the ball with the dribble. She can't out quick everyone she faces. Move people... move the ball... everyone becomes a threat. |
