I dunno, pretty much what I expected after what I've seen the past month. Kat and Aleah in a shooting slump. Now looks like Mik may have caught the bug too which I wasn't expecting.
No reason to get down, you can see if this team gets on a streak they can beat anybody in the country. If we lose now no biggie, the wins matter more in March.

Push the ball. Can't let that stifling defense get set up.

Kat not doing what Rueck hoped for. Shots off the mark She’s awful this year. No surprise that she is not the same player just a year removed from complete ACL reconstruction and some cartilage issues; she really ripped that knee up. Your legs play a big role in shooting and it's pretty obvious she doesn't have complete confidence in both legs. My extended family has had five of these operations. Generally takes about 18-24 months for a complete recovery. As far as them "outdoing" us in WBB, we haven't dropped below the Sweet 16 since our great recruiting class (Weisner, Hanson, Hamblin, Hunter) graduated. Let's see if they can continue it, starting next year. They have signed an excellent class, but they lose a lot. All those 5-star freshmen can't play at once and if they do some current players are not going to be pleased with diminished PT.

You just have to admit that anything we get good at, they throw money at and try to out do us. It hasn’t worked in baseball, but it has in Women’s BB Oregon's rise in WBB doesn't really having anything to do w/ Tudor and Goodman becoming invisible. It's been a problem most of the season.

Tudor plays good defense...but, here’s something to chew on: Tudor 348 minutes, 6 assists/13 TO. Goodman, 525 minutes, 83 assists/33 TO. I realize that Aleah plays point, and Kat is essentially a ‘designated shooter’ , but 6 assists in that many minutes, combined with that A/TO ratio is... ...”awful” as the Judge sez. Serious injuries have tragic consequences. Praying for Taya next season.

Generally takes about 18-24 months for a complete recovery. I know she really wanted to play this year. Maybe she would've been better of RS. I mentioned it elsewhere, I watched Utah today and Provo, who tore her ACL the same day as Kat did, is even worse. I think both are back on the floor too soon.

If we shoot say 5-11 like we very well could. It’s a different game. At home, Oregon making shots, not an easy thing to overcome, and 2-11 from deep doesn’t help.

The good news... at least for me personally... although the score isn't...
Not having to read multiple posts on how the officiating screwed OSU.

What kind of stumps me is what has happened to our stifling defense we used to be known for. We were always near the top in the country in team defense and it was our identity. But, this year for sure and even seemed like last year we've lost that identity.

Considering what the ducks had coming back this year, is anyone surprised what is happening? The Beavers will probably be a lot better at the end of the year. They just aren't the team that the ducks are right now or in the near future. Too many issues with the team this year. No need to rehash it.
