Pretty good defense, actual offensive plays with lots of movement, decent outside shooting and extreme hustle the entire second half. I felt like I was watching the team we all hoped we would be but never seem to get there.
Very impressive and much needed victory.

There's a whole load of OSU fans that would fill Gill regularly to watch that kind of basketball.

There's a whole load of OSU fans that would fill Gill regularly to watch that kind of basketball. Seriously though..... They play with that much heart and energy consistently.... People would come out to support.

If we could just string together 7 or 8 consistent efforts, we might put ourselves in a position to get over the hump and get a shot at the Dance. We’re capable, but we don’t have room for error or taking a night off. Count me as impressed with that effort.

THAT, in a nutshell, has been Men’s Beaver basketball. One inspiring, seemingly turned the corner game, followed by a head scratching dispiriting loss to a lesser team. Is it mental toughness? Lack of consistent desire? Whatever it is, this team needs to find that now and bring it every night. Have our players gotten comfortable with mediocrity? Seems like we have the talent and experience to compete in a fairly weak PAC 12 this year. If not this year, when? I like Wayne Tinkle, but at some point you gotta get the guys bringing the fire every night. Play with the intensity you brought against UA and good things will happen (including bringing the fans back to Gill).
