Bigger population base than Corvallis ! Thanks for sharing/ advising on the actual numbers. My wife and I drive down from Portland for the games we can make ( season tix ), and donate our seats when we have other commitments / obligations ( Boys & Girls club ). They will see a drop off next year after losing four starters..... The number shown for Oregon State is incorrect. We're averaging 5,466.

They will see a drop off next year after losing four starters..... The number shown for Oregon State is incorrect. We're averaging 5,466. Then the inept marketing department failed yet again. Those numbers were reported to Pac-12 and the Pac-12 network and sites such as Oregonlive use those numbers. If the mother ship has those numbers wrong then they should warrant a correction.

Well, went to the game today and appreciate the crowd and support - but, again , saw no evidence of much student support and lots of empty seats everywhere . Took particular interest in attendee demographics, and I will just state that there is not a lot of life left in the current season ticket sections. We better start building a younger fan base - and quickly !

They have the money and the passion and most importantly, the free time.

But, the under 25 crowd isn't really into too many events that don't involve drinking!?

We better start building a younger fan base - and quickly ! Students are on break. They don't resume class until tomorrow. Most don't come back earlier than they have to. There are students at WBB games, but not anywhere near as many as at MBB games. And they are spread out, as there is no designated student section, so the amount of their presence is even harder to determine.

The drop off in attendance probably won't be dramatic, since they will still have a loaded team to cheer for.
- Satou Sabally will be the best player in the conference. - Boley will be one of the top perimeter shooting threats in the country.
- 6'7" Sedona Prince (top 10 recruit in the country in her class) will be ready to play.
- 6'6" Lydia Giomi keeps improving and will, at minimum, provide quality depth and length. - The three young guards off Oregon's bench (Chavez, Shelley, Winterburn) have all looked like they will be good players in this conference for years to come.
- The Ducks are bringing in the #1 recruiting class in the country, with 5 five-star players. - The wild card will be Sabally's sister, Nyara. She is coming off two serious knee injuries, so nothing will really be expected from her. She has the potential to make an impact though.

Jordan Canada - Taylor needs to work on finishing with her left hand... next five shots she made were all with her left hand.
