Obviously meaningless at for the most part at this time of year, but, according to RealTime.com, OSU is number 1. Also, as of right now, Missouri State is 5, Pacific is 11, and DePaul is 13. Future opponent Miami is 15.
In conference, Arizona is 12, the school whose name is never spoken is 37, Stanford is 52, and USC is 76.

This really was a perfect start. Challenging (but not too challenging) opponents. A variety of styles. Minimal prep time, just like the NCAA tournament. Most likely, every opponent will reach 20+ wins, so the RPI will be great. And all in Gill.

I know it's early, but this is refreshing. At least this pre-season we likely won't have to see those TV graphics pointing out "while OSU is (AP/coaches) ranked #6, their RPI is <somewhere in the 30s/40s>" and perhaps this will pay dividends down the road when tournament seeding is a concern. Now who knows where the RPIs of upcoming opponents will take us....
Go Beavers!

RPI #1 even more impressive in that starting lineup has included 2 Freshmen for each game. And next year's class is great as well (to go along with two Sophomore 'bigs' and 2020-21 All Pac 12 guard, Aleah Goodman).

If you dig deeper, you will see where the data is used to predict the rest of the season, including game results. RPI predicts that OSU will finish 20-9, including 10-8 in the Pac-12, and will end up #37 in RPI.
Conclusion: ignore the data and win your games.

Yikes a bit extreme... but I could easily see 23-6, 13-5 and still be a 3rd seed. Not sure I can see 10-8 unless a major/key injury occurs...

They predict Oregon will finish 29-1 and 18(?)-1 in the conference but the Beavs 10-8? No way will there be a 7 game difference.

Latest RPI rankings as of Sunday, 11/24:
Oregon State remains number 1 in both RPI and strength of schedule. Number 2 in RPI is - Washington State (bet you didn't see that one coming).
Arizona dropped from 13 to 40, Stanford from 27 to 60, and the school whose name is never spoken from 38 to 150. Colorado from 58 to 59, USC from 98 to 131, and Cal went from 120 to 64.
Rounding out the conference, UCLA dropped from 134 to 161, Utah advanced from 290 to 250, and Washington Dropped from 299 (it's hard to drop from 299; you gotta give them credit) to 323.
Next week's opponents: Miami is 31, and Liberty is 311 (could be worse; we could be playing Washington).

Beavs still ranked same but looks who’s at #2. Mizz State. I like what I have seen with our lady Beav’s .....main concern is our depth.
