Ucla signed several foreign players.
So they aren’t top 100 USA players but could be very good

Yes, I knew UCLA recruited these foreign players. My comments dealt solely with the domestic recruits. Rating these high school players is a crapshoot to begin wit but, as far as I know, there's no rating service that includes the foreign players on the same list as the Americans.
So would, for example, Gemma Potter be a top 10 recruit if she were attending high school here in the states? Top 50? Top 100? I have no idea, so I just follow the Americans.
