After 1Q USA 18 Puerto Rico 21. Entertaining, physical, game so far. PR started out playing physical and the US has adjusted and are giving as good as they get. Which is appropriate because US players are bigger and more physical than PR's. USA's Beatrice Mompremier strong inside with boards and scoring USA 28 Puerto Rico 26 2:05 to go in half |

Ref called US player for intentional foul or breakaway clear path or some such nonsense. PR got 2 free throws and possession. Hit the 2 ft's but did not convert on the posession.
