More info... www.njcaa.org/sports/mbkb/2018-19/div1/teams/moberlyareacommunitycollege?view=lineupI like this guy. I like that he is athletic...it is needed for the defensive end of the floor as well as the offense. We need more athleticism on the team, especially if Ethan is out of here. He improved his scoring to close to 18/gm from a little over 10 last year. The fact that he rebounds shows some toughness that is always good to have. I could see this guy playing the 2 or 3 next year. Frankly, we didn't get a lot of help from the 3 last year, both offensively and defensively, and need a boost. I was hoping for a taller guy at SF, but we need what help we can get. Hopefully he brings the work ethic that he has already discussed in interviews and learns the D (and whatever it is we do on offense) quickly.

Watching those videos, I want #2 & #4 to come with him. He looks really athletic, accentuated by some stellar play by those two. Hard to say with the level of comp how it translates, but those three have a lot of fun playing together. The type of hoops I like to see. If this kid can bring 1/3 of that here to liven up what we have endured since GPII left, I will be thrilled. One of those other two is likely Alonzo Verge, who went to HS in Illinois and is now signed with Arizona (or maybe ASU). Very talented player.

What stood out to me are his athleticism and his apparent attitude. Is he the "answer"? No, but it seems like he could be a nice piece to the puzzle.

So you're saying he won't play or help the Beavs, okay then...…. I guess we'll have to find someone else that hopefully can play, cause this kid apparently can't play in the PAC12 according to the board experts, before he even shows up, that's gotta be tough to take. At least you moved us up to "decent", so that's good I guess. Typical post by you... So... just to get it down to your level... never said or insinuated such. Asked for info as I'm not a recruiting site follower. But, thx for trying 🤯🍻 And a MORE typical post by you super intellect. We all know exactly what you were expressing. Everything you post is negative and why would anyone dare to come to OSU anyway!! Get off your friggin high horse, your posts are just like all of the rest of ours, worthless other than opinion based upon hunches, based upon hope that we succeed in building a better program.. You seem to be telling us all that you can't at OSU, unless we spend a bus full of money to hire super coach X... I guess we'll have to wait and see if things get better which admittedly is based upon hope...

This kid is definitely an elite level athlete. Finally some good news for the baskeball program. Needed it! Vids vs obviously inferior competition make it very hard to really tell the kind of impact at the Pac12 level. We've seen these types of vids before. More skeptical in that he's not highly rated JC with only us and UMass as serious offers??? And, he seemed to be a "back up plan" when other offers went unaccepted. Anyone else have more info on other offers?? I haven't seen too many of these types of vids before in this forum. His athleticism and skill set are eye-popping.

Again... read my original... read your "interpretation"... lol Your issue is you not only post crap (especially on one particular board) you think you know what other posters are "insinuating" 🤮🤯 At least you leave zero doubt about your intellect and savvy.

Kids that can run and dunk in this day and age... super athletic... are all over the place. But, it's a highlight video vs inferior teams that literally stand around on D. Also tried to research the league some. Not considered high caliber by the looks of it. So again... the final actual offers really aren't what usual "impresses" this board. We've seen super athletic show up... and not pan out or leave. And since he's committed, not signed as I understand, if he's really seen as a unknown talent he may get late offers by another school who's losing draft types (after May 29). But, again... "we" have seen such highlights... simply asked recruiting types about other significant offers. I only care when they've signed and show they can contribute.

My first impression was that this guy could be our version of Mattise Thybulle for the next couple years. We definitely need that defensive stopper. At the very least, this is a step in the right direction.

The highlight video shows the highlights of his offensive game. Certainly nobody produces one of these videos with the turnovers and missed defensive assignments [LOL]. And anyone recruiting this kid would certainly take time to talk with the current coach about little things like work-ethic, coach-able, type of teammate, and maybe something about where the kid is academically. Then you might grab one or two of his teammates aside to ask about some of that as well. I suspect this has all been done by the OSU staff before the offer. Certainly nothing says this kid won't play well and contribute if he signs with OSU.

As most realize, highlight reels of recruits rarely directly transfer to the same success.

This kid is committed but unsigned, correct? If he is a 2019 recruit, can he sign at any time now that the official LOI days are over?
