I think Coach Holsinger is going to show us that he is going to be a good Head Coach. Since I follow him on social media, I really like the way he is supporting his school and his players.
As for the change at ProspectsNation, I just ran across that. In theory, I agree with them and like what they are doing. Is there really a noticeable difference between a player ranked #40 and a player ranked #70? I still enjoy seeing the actual ranking though, even though it's obvious that it is almost impossible to rank that many girls and expect to be accurate.
Was happy to see Lily make the Elite 150!

ProspectsNation will no longer put out any rankings outside of the top-25 -- will instead introduce the Elite 150. Raegan and Timea are both in the top-25, and Lily is among their Elite 150. Also worth noting that Coach Holsinger was able to land two Elite 150 prospects in his first year at Montana. prospectsnation.com/players/e150/2022I could have miscounted by 1 or 2, but I only got 121 names on that list, not 150. Some (I would think including Adlee) are missing.

Same here bvrbooster, 121, hmmm, maybe they are good at somethings, but not counting. It is odd to see Lily in there without Adlee, I like Lily's game ,but Adlee has always rated higher. I know the various services can be all over the place, and not agree.

Aren’t we done with class 2022? Need to recruit point guard from HS or transfer portal so may not be done with recruiting.

beaverwbb fan: you posted some interesting info. Thanks.
There must have been some really top flight teams at this Tourney....Adlee and Timea play for teams that are among the favorites to win their respective state championships and their combined win/loss was 3-5.....
I have not followed Adlee and her new team....I thought she might be a dominant player for them (actually I thought she would be a dominant player on just about any h.s. team) but I don't know how that is working out. Anyone out there following her game this season? GO BEAVS!!

All three. Adlee, Raegan, and Timea made the All tournament team at TOC, but by all accounts, Adlee had a tough shooting/scoring week. I think greybeav has watched several of Adlee's games this year so maybe he can share what he's seen. Just going by box scores, etc. I'd say she is having some of the same problems Kat had getting back to her former game post ACL. The good news is she has plenty of time to get back in form. If you want to keep up with her team, and box scores you should keep an eye on this site. They are Lubbock based, so they follow her closely. www.hubcitypreps.com/Timea seems to be having a good senior year, and had a good TOC tournament. Raegan had a great tournament and is really looking good. There is every reason to be super excited for her arrival on campus. I'm really expecting she will have a great career at OSU.

Legs are so important in basketball. Hopefully, the shooting will come around sooner rather than later ! There is , at least, a long window… and Scott seems to bring all of the newcomers along slowly - so they can adapt to the pace of D1, PAC-12 basketball competition ! I am having a hard time understanding how Reagan ( at 6’3” ), will be able to manage the height differences / disadvantages that she will see when she starts College play ! The only way I can think of it is that she would have to play the way Hebard at uo did ! Basically out- positioning her opponents for easy lay ups !

What I've observed: Adlee has great form for her 3 pt shots, still, I wish I could find comprehensive stats for her to compare with. She is doing ok, is hustling as usual, doing lots of small things always, aggressive as heck. Great team player IMO, looking for assists, loves to pass fast, one handed a little too much. Highlights here: www.maxpreps.com/high-schools/cooper-pirates-(lubbock,tx)/girls-basketball/videos.htm?videoid=b8bad914-2190-4fe5-b9ac-1a3667499a39

I envision she'll handle it along the lines of Pili, who is 6'0". Reagan is 6'3" with a long wingspan and super solid. If she uses her body well, even a player like Brink will really struggle to handle her alone down low. As it is, Brink only has an inch on her. OSU's roster leads one to believe 6'3" isn't a tall WBB player, but it still generally is.

I'm someone who is really high on Raegan. I don't expect her to have any problems handling college ball. I'm not sure if she will end up at PF or a post, but either way, she is going to be a handful for the opposing team. Normally, I would expect her to start day 1, but if Taylor and Kennedy return, it will be interesting to see how the Beavs handle all the 'bigs' on the roster. Again, not sure how the Beavs will handle the rotation, but Timea or Kennedy may get minutes as the SF. I think that is a bit of a stretch for either of them, but there may be minutes where it works.
