Very disappointed in Deven's play on offense. We need her to contribute in the scoring column.
Superb defensive job by Gabby on Plum.

Very disappointed in Deven's play on offense. We need her to contribute in the scoring column. Superb defensive job by Gabby on Plum. We beat Stanford in Corvallis because Deven notched it up offensively. For as much as she helps us in her all-around effort game, I see her as a catalyst to going from a solid tourney team to a Final Four challenger. The big 3 usually do their thing, but the super athletic teams make that tougher on them, and people like Gabby, Deven, Gulich and McWilliams, even Sanger, have to present themselves as legit scoring options! |

I'll agree with most of this EXCEPT were a "final four challenger". IMHO... we are a possible Elite 8 team... that's glass half full. But, we just don't have the athletes deep enough. Watching SEC women I'm pretty sure we not finish in top half of that league playing that schedule week in week out. Give us our big three plus UCLA's athletes and SR as the coach now we're talking. We're going to have to play much much better to win tonight. |

I'll agree with most of this EXCEPT were a "final four challenger". IMHO... we are a possible Elite 8 team... that's glass half full. But, we just don't have the athletes deep enough. Watching SEC women I'm pretty sure we finish in top half of that league playing that schedule week in week out. Give us our big three plus UCLA's athletes and SR as the coach now we're talking. We're going to have to play much much better to win tonight. Good to know the 7/8th ranked team in the country would probably finish in the top half of the SEC. Great insight as usual.
