I sure hope he stays a Beav, but I’d expect him to get a head coaching gig sooner rather than later...it would suck to lose him to be an assistant somewhere else

If MSU doesn't hire the guy that took them to Omaha, I don't think I would take the job if offered. But that's just me Go Beavs!!!

With Henderson leaving, MSU needs a PC. Not sure how PC could recommend that job to Yeskie after they dumped his buddy Henderson.

Maybe they’re talking about him moving laterally as MSU’s pitching coach?

Go check out the ASU board.....their fans, well, at least the internet message board nerds, are pushing hard for them to hire Yeskie. Can't blame 'em.....wouldn't surprise me if he went somewhere like that to head coach.

I wish the best for him, and for all those who are honing their craft at OSU under Coach Casey. The program has sent many a Casey assistant on to head coaching positions, if it is great for prospective players to be at OSU, it is equally good to come to grow your coaching chops.

I count two? I count 4 1/2 and I might be forgetting someone, but then who's counting? Lees, Spencer, Harrel, and Henderson. Doesn't Gipson get at least a half because he's at a 2 year school?

Maybe they’re talking about him moving laterally as MSU’s pitching coach? Kendall was referring to MSU trying to get Yeskie as their pitching coach. Don’t really see why Nate would do that, unless it was for a boatload more money. HC gig? Sure. Lateral move? Eh...

Don’t really want to tempt fate by bringing it up, but how many more years does Casey have left? He’s 59 now. He’s won 3 national titles. Will he coach into his 70s?
If so, it would make sense for Yeskie to make a move and making it now would be perfect timing. Damn.

I'm sure Pat will coach for as long as he wants to, which COULD be a long time, or not.
