She is up to 13.7 ppg in conference play. Weirdly UW (7.9-11.9 ppg) is one of the four teams that have (5+) Top 50 scorers ... Utah (6), UCLA (6), Arizona (6). I think you are getting your Villas mixed up. WSU has 2 Freshmen with the same last name. Jenna is from Washington, Eleanora is from Italy. Eleanora has the much higher scoring average. I was using just the last name... thx

Finally got thru to UW ticket office. Website is not working but there are plenty of tickets. Need to call direct to ticket office. Press 1 for customer service, not 3 for ticket sales. (206) 543-2200

You can get reserved on the baseline or GA on sides when I called. I didn’t pull the trigger yet but plan to tomorrow. Reserved are $15

Seyvia sellers is the anchorage point guard i hoped we would have tried to bring to OSU. She has had some high scoring games this year for udub. She passes well also. She suffers from speed and quickness issues, cough. Will be in teresting to see her in action against us today. I think she was a good get for washington for the next few years they can recruit a few more players

I give Washington almost no chance of beating OSU. Their win over USC is inexplicable. They are on a 6 game losing streak, mostly at home. Have lost 8 of 9. Only 2 wins total in 2024. They usually keep it somewhat close, but they just can't close out and win games. They are offensively challenged and are prone to long scoring droughts. They've recently had a bad habit of not scoring at all to start games and digging themselves into a double digit deficit. Can last for a quarter or more. And then they've stopped scoring at the end of games too. I think there are some talented players on the team, but the offense is busted. I don't think the coach knows what she is doing. Like Wynn before her seems to be in over her head after moving from a well down the pecking order mid major conference up to the Pac 12.
edit--the Huskies went 0-2 against both Cal and Arizona St. this year, let that sink in for a moment
I tend to agree IF OSU execute the way they have been. I watched the Stanford OT game and Stanford was clearly the better team but was executing awfully. UW was generating nothing on offense and then kept hitting low-percentage shots as the shot clock ran down. Stanford dropped the hammer in OT. Still, UW is a dangerous team that can get rolling enough that they can win games they have no business winning. But I think we win going away if we play with the same precision we have been and rebound well, as I expect IW will be very challenged at putting the ball in the hoop.
