Gotta do better than January 7th game:
Reese. 23 minutes 0-1 Marotte. 22 minutes 0-7 Shuler 12 minutes 0-0 Hansford 8 minutes 0-0 Blacklock 9 minutes 1-2
6 more FGs total by these 5 players and we could have won.

Interestingly, Massey has the Beavs losing at home 66-69 to UCLA, with UCLA a 56% chance of picking up the win. I probably would have gone 60-40 the other way.
Beavs have been saying this is not the same team that lost in LA, but presumably everyone else is better too than 6 weeks ago. Both the LA schools are perfectly capable of stealing a win in Gill. Beavs will need to shoot the ball well (<40% probably isn’t going to cut it), limit turnovers, and not give up many second chance baskets to UCLA. I’m sure defensive intensity will be fine. If they do these things, I like chances for a weekend sweep.

Not all teams grow or get better at the same rate. I can't speak for other programs but the Beavs growth in the last months is nothing short of phenomenonal. The players are open to getting better and the coaching staff is doing an excellent job of developing their talent. As long as they stay focused they have a chance in any game, their defense is amazing.
At least the last of our games against ranked opponents in the conference schedule will be in Gill. If you ask me that is a solid advantage. We, as fans, have already receive comments from other players and coaches this year as to how hard it is to play in the barn. I really hope we have 9301 fans making life miserable for the bruins.
As I've been saying since the beginning of this season, I wouldn't bet against them.

Im glad we beavers have gotten this far we have set ourselves up for such a day as this. These two games will put the final stamp on our season. We must be tough mentally to finish this this off. If We do what we do best getting three or four ladies in double figures each of these games we win! Beat em bust them let that be our custom! GO BEAVS

Pregame warmups. Sela’s left foot in an isolation boot. Shagging rebounds. That sucks

What's the crowd looking like? Crowd is to the rafters in the middle but not in the corners. Frenzied!
