Surprise had 1.5 inches of rain yesterday and last night. Still raining now and 40-60% chance thru mid day. Doesn't look good for today either.

A tiny bit of blue sky sneaking in from the northwest

A tiny bit of blue sky sneaking in from the northwest I'm glad you can figure direction out down here. This is our 5th year coming down for baseball and I still have trouble with the compass. Glad there is one in our CR-V.

Word at hotel... was that teams showed as if 11am start was possible. Stadium officials will make the call and be ready to play. May be two 7s... starting as late as 1pm.
But, they're not going to tear up that field. Because of Spring Training schedule could play one today, split two Saturday (9am/7inn and 5pm/7inn)... believe Rangers/Royals open Saturday at 1pm. Then 9am Sunday...

Glad there is one in our CR-V. we camp at White Tank and I think the Mountains just to the west run basically N-S.
